Velankanni Church,Tamil Nadu state

        Velankanni matha church ,is in Nagapatanam district in the Indian state of , and   Thanjavur. It is a small town located on the shores of the Bay of Bengal 350 km south of chennai and 12 km south of Nagapatanam on the in Tamil Nadu India.Once a port that traded with Roman and Greece, the tiny commercial center gradually lost its importance to the larger city of  Nagapatanam .The canal built to link this town  still lies to the west. A minor branch of the runs south of the town and discharges into the sea.
This town is roman catholic shrine.The church can be traced to the mid-16th century and its founding is attributed to three miracle: the apparition of Marry and Jesus to a slumbering shepperd  boy, the curing of a lame buttermilk vendor, and the survival of Portuguese sailors assaulted by a violent sea storm.

My last trip diary

o h it's very funny last day i travel to wagamon which near to my place it was just a chilling experience oh we went there by bus . And we start travelling from morning it's self 4 0'clock palace is too snowy and full of fog covered we can't see the nearest person also this place is full of hills and forest water falls and so more to see.                          And the one problem occur in our trip ?  which was an accident we all are enjoying  the music and dancing and all. My thoughts

  T oday i sat in my cosy balcony watching the thunderstorm ,listening to the music of rain drops .The broad leaves of the teak wood took quick steps in the wind .I wondered why nature took such a quick metamorphosis .I would see panic stricken mongooses running into burrows.The compound against my 1st floor apartment was a vacant plot with a vivid variety of Flora and fauna . It was my regular habit to watch these tropical birds and animals using binoculars. I remember last year there was a crow's nest  right in front of my balcony .It was my simple curiosity to watch it grow day by day.The birds collected twigs patiently and painstakingly transformed it into a cute nest .why i remember it now ,is this .One such thunderstorm,threw it down and to my great relief i could see that there were no eggs in it !                                                 ...
